Optional extras and what they cost
These are the only extra charges we make. Every one is optional, for funded and paying families alike. Prices include VAT where it applies. Last updated 1 September 2026.
Extras are your choice
You never have to pay for an extra to take up your funded hours. If you'd rather not pay for one, choose the alternative in the right-hand column. Your child takes part in the day in exactly the same way.

How to opt in or out
- When your child starts, we ask which extras you'd like, using a simple form.
- You can change your choices at the start of any term. Tell us by email or in person.
- Your invoice lists each extra separately, so you can see exactly what you've chosen.
What we never charge for
For funded hours we don't charge top-up fees, registration fees, deposits or retainers. We don't charge for anything your child needs to learn and play, such as toys, books, craft materials and learning resources, or for extra support for children with special educational needs and disabilities.
